Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally. If we do, delivery times and rates will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at rink1bowls@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
